In the journey of life, we often find ourselves facing unexpected challenges that reshape our paths. For me, that pivotal moment came with debilitating spinal injuries. But within that struggle, I discovered the transformative power of yoga and meditation.

Born out of necessity and nurtured by resilience, my yoga journey began as a means of healing and self-discovery. Faced with physical limitations, I embraced the practice with open arms, discovering its remarkable ability to work towards healing not only my body but also the spirit.

Today, as a dedicated yoga teacher, I am committed to sharing the profound benefits of gentle yoga with individuals of all abilities. My classes are not just about poses; they are a sanctuary where bodies of every shape, size, and ability are celebrated and empowered.

Restorative Based Practice

Tired of aching joints, fatigue, chronic pain, and anxiety? Maybe you've been looking for the right space to tune in to your body and mind without interruptions? This 60 minute class offers quiet breath combined with long-held supported postures that relax the body and calm the nervous system. No flexibility or experience required. Yoga blocks, firm blankets, and plenty of pillows are suggested.

Seated to Stretched Yoga

You belong here. Join us for a unique yoga experience that combines the benefits of both seated and standing postures. In this class we seamlessly integrate traditional yoga poses with the support of chairs, allowing participants of all levels to comfortably explore balance, strength, and flexibility. This practice meets you where you are.

Viniyoga Based Practice
Online & In-Person Offering
Viniyoga is a personalized approach to yoga that adapts practices to individual needs. It emphasizes the connection between breath and movement, using mindful sequencing to build strength, flexibility, and stability while preventing injury. This approach promotes overall wellness, mindfulness, and self-awareness both on and off the mat.

Power of Sankalpa/ Yoga Nidra
Live Online and In-Person Offering
Yoga Nidra is offered monthly and lasts 60 minutes. Yoga Nidra is a sleep based, guided meditation technique that reduces your brain wave state. When your awareness is no longer operating through its sensory channels deep relaxation, creativity, and wellness occur. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
My yoga classes are obtainable and welcoming to all body shapes and abilities.
Yoga is not gender, race, sexual orientation, income, or age specific. Discrimination will never be tolerated.
In the spirit of dismantling discrimination in yoga and supporting our community, yoga classes are donation based.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign an insurance release form if you have not completed one within one year.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class time to check in.
Late arrivals are discouraged.
Please be prepared to remain in class until it's full completion (including savasana). You deserve it!
